NFL Draft

What a great couple of days it has been with all the trades and movement due in large part to the new rookie wage scale, which before without it scared teams away from trading up. Picks 2-7 all had to due with trades with the Vikvings tricking the Browns to trade up one spot and the Cowboys and Jaguars going after their man respectively. Cowboys grap Claiborne and Jags grab Blackmon.

Bucs and Rams are big winners of the first teams with improving their teams greatly.

Bucs get MArk Barron, Doug Martin, and Lavonte David to go along with their FA signings they could be back to being a contender with their new coach Greg Schiano at the helm.

Rams trade back gain more picks and still improve their defense with Brockers from LSU, Jenkins from North Alabame(Florid), and Trumain Johnosn from Montana. While also grapping a hopeful weapon for Bradford in Brian Quick.

Overall its been extremely entertaining with alot of teams looking as though they have improved their teams greatly Like in New England with Hightower and Chandler Jones and also in San Franciso grabbing more offense with LaMichale Jaems and AJ Jenkins.

Tampa Bay has had a great draft so far. If these kids are as good on the field as they look on paper, the NFC South is going to be so loaded.

    • I’d have to agree Tampa has probably improved the most this offseason paper wise with Vincent Jackson, Carl Nicks, and Eric Wright then add these guys and they could potentially be a playoff contender.
Unforutnately as you said thie division is going to be one of most competetive so theyll probably beat up on each other alot.
